Attack analysis mode
Attack analysis mode records where the attacker hit from, where the set came from, and where the ball went. Use it alongside a standard match when you need shot-placement detail.
Start an attack-analysis match
- Tap New match.
- Select Attack analysis.
- Enter the opponent and match date.
- Set the lineup and start recording.
The input mode is locked for that match and can't be changed after recording starts.
Record an attack
For each play, select:
- The attacker
- The attack origin
- The set location
- The target on the opponent's court
- The attack evaluation
If the ball returns from a block, select the location on your own court. Use Undo to move back one step while entering a play.
Correct an entry
During a rally, use Undo. After the rally is saved, open the match's Review page and edit the action there.
Link to a standard match
Open Stats → Shot placement → Edit links on the standard match and select one or more attack-analysis matches. Linking does not merge or delete the source match; it only makes its placement records available to the standard match.
Read attack-analysis stats
The shot-placement view shows attack origin, set location, target, and result on court diagrams. Filters let you narrow the display by set and player.
